The Bitcoin Bay operates as a business introducer. The website connects prospects with Bitcoin mining hosting operators and ASIC vendors. The Bitcoin Bay does not sell hardware, does not provide hosting services, and processes no payments.

The personalised audit service is an operational consulting service (hardware selection, hoster comparison, project sizing). It is not a financial investment advisory service under French Monetary and Financial Code article L. 321-1. The Bitcoin Bay is not registered as a financial investment adviser (CIF) with ORIAS, and does not operate under AMF authority.
